Loading Dock Equipment

Bridging the gap between warehouse floor and truck floor  the new Generation Mark II Dock Leveller's hand hydraulic lift cylinder and hydraulic hinged lip cylinder actuated, Model DL 1830. 

Dock Sealing Systems

This is a Dock Sealing Solution comprising six different systems to cover all types of loading and unloading applications. Whether it is a dock cushion seal, a dock shelter or a dock cubicle, it is possible to reduce the cold air leakage to a point close to zero in all new existing cold storage, freezer or chiller buildings. 

The DDL sealing system includes dock seals, dock seal cubicles, dock shelters, dock shelter cubicles, inflatable dock shelters and dock levellers.

Industrial Doors

Swing Doors

Bernos Swing Doors in clear polycarbonate are available in various models. Model PD 2000 is suitable for industrial, grocery food, meat processing, manufacturing and shopping complexes in applications where personnel, handling equipment, trollies, roll tainers, etc. pass through continuously and control of environment, temperature, dust, drafts and cross contamination is important.

High Speed and Rapid Doors

The high speed door — particularly the horizontal opening type, which have two curtain leaves with an airlock in between - is suitable for the food, grocery, warehouse, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Nergeco high-speed doors for freezer and chiller cold storage applications. which are capable of opening and closing five times faster than conventional or sliding doors. Available in horizontally and vertically opening modules and designed to suit individual site requirements, the patented design has been specifically developed to ensure low maintenance costs combined with a high level of reliability.

Sectional Doors

Up and over docking bay doors — standard dry freight doors and insulated doors are available. In addition, Crawford sectional doors are also available from DDL Equipment.
