Sales School for DDL personnel

The DDL Sales School was held at  Head Office from Oct 13 -15th, 2002. Attendees were senior staff from Head Office, Johannesburg Branch, Cape Town, Durban and Port Elizabeth offices. This was an intensive exercise and involved long hours each day.

The theme was ' Dock Loading Solutions' and to demonstrate the strength of the DDL Materials Handling Product Line, after-sales service and the commitment of our people to customer satisfaction. To support these objectives it is essential that DDL personnel are kept up to date with the latest industry trends. 

The Sales School agenda kicked off with an overview of the Materials Handling Industry both locally and world wide.

The participants were encouraged at all times to debate any Materials Handling Industry issues and engage in an exchange of ideas.
